Shipping
All parts orders will be shipped via UPS.
Transmissions are crated or put on a pallet and shipped via a freight line,
you will be contacted when purchasing a custom transmission.
Payment
Payment may be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American
Express. This is done through Paypal. Also, we of course except cash or
check.
Returned Items (See warranty page.)
No item will be accepted for return unless prior authorization has been given.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Freight Claims
All items are shipped fully insured. Any damage complaints must be made
with the shipping company. HTS will not accept damaged material sent back
unless arrangements have been made to do so. Please inspect transmission
before delivery driver leaves your location!
